Dezember 2021 trat die Neufassung der Ersten Allgemeinen Verwaltungsvorschrift zum Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz (Technische Anleitung zur Reinhaltung der Luft \u2013 TA Luft) in Kraft. Nach TA Luft setzt die Genehmigung einer industriellen oder gewerblichen Anlage in der Regel eine Immissionsprognose mit dem in Anhang 2 TA Luft angegebenen Berechnungsverfahren voraus. Mit der Neufassung des Jahres 2021 wurde das Ausbreitungsmodell des Anhangs 2 um die nasse Deposition erweitert, wof\u00fcr in der Regel eine vom Umweltbundesamt bereitgestellte, f\u00fcr den Standort der Anlage charakteristische Niederschlagszeitreihe verwendet werden muss. die hydro &amp; meteo GmbH den beteiligten Wasserverb\u00e4nden \u00a0sowie dem Land Nordrhein-Westfalen fl\u00e4chendeckend korrigierte und mit Regenschreibern angeeichte Radardaten in Form von Radarbildern und Zeitreihen bereitgestellt. (Datenbasis: Wasserwirtschaftsjahre 1961 \u2013 2018). Die Ergebnisse stellen die Grundlagen f\u00fcr wasserwirtschaftliche Bewertungen und Planungen, zu Klimaanpassungsplanungen sowie zur Bewertung des Klimawandels dar. Durch die erg\u00e4nzenden Untersuchungen zur Lufttemperatur, zu Trockenzeiten und zu Radarniederschlagsdaten wurde so ein umfassendes und zusammenh\u00e4ngendes Bild der Niederschlagsentwicklung in Nordrhein-Westfalen gegeben. Au\u00dferdem konnten Querbez\u00fcge einzelner Ergebnisse hergestellt werden. Gegen\u00fcber z. B. KOSTRA-DWD-2010R wurden dar\u00fcber hinaus nicht nur mittlere (statistische) Zust\u00e4nde, sondern auch Entwicklungen \/ Trends des Niederschlagsgeschehens dargestellt. W\u00e4hrend diese f\u00fcr die l\u00e4ngeren Dauerstufen D = 12 Stunden und D = 24 Stunden nicht signifikant waren, lagen bei den k\u00fcrzeren Dauerstufen meist ein Signifikanzniveau \u00fcber 90%, teilweise sogar weit dar\u00fcber, vor. Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: je k\u00fcrzer die Dauerstufe, umso signifikanter ist der Trend. Beim Vergleich der unterschiedlichen Zeitscheiben zeigte sich, dass insbesondere im Zeitraum 2001 \u2013 2018 die statistisch ermittelten Niederschlagsh\u00f6hen am st\u00e4rksten zugenommen
